I am a painting begginer and I want to share my painting with you. Most are inspiring, so if you are stuck on what to paint, I'm sure you will find somthing of interest here.
Find Out MoreThis is a picture of an autumn lake I created in the automn of 2020. It's an old painting, and I
can't say that I'm happy with it. I was not as skilled at that age.Tips: Start with the sky,
then with the grass. Do the left part of the trees without mixing the colors OR cleaning the
brush, with circular texture. The same with the other trees. Then paint the hedges of flowers
with an reflection of smaller contrast underneeth.
Now don't you think that I am still on the level of this perticular painting, I have progressed
a lot since then.
This is a painting that I did in March 2021. Tips:
Start with the sky. Do not mind if it isn't a smooth texture, because bumpy texture is like
clouds. When you are doing the mountains, put more white on top and ad blue as you pregress to
the bottom.
Make the grass texture as lumpy as possible and then with an old, hardend brush add yellow
tints.
For the tree also use the old brush. For the line on the horizon, use dark color and make the
line as strait as possible (I didn't do it very strait, you can see that)
This painting that came completly out of my own inspiration. It is a good painting, and I
personaly add it in the list of "My best paintings".
This is a painting that took me a month to finish. It was done the whole of Febuary 2021. Tips: Start with the black lines. make them as
wide as neccecary. Do the colors, trying the texture to be as smooth as possible. This painting
needed 2 layers of paint before I was happy with the texture. Lastly, redo the black lines so to
regain contrast.
This painting took longer than I estimated, and It was harder than I imagined. But, in the end,
it was also better than I imagined. Upon photographing this painting, it looked blury. It isn't
like that in real life.
This is a fancy octopus painting that I like. Get a paper, do random lines, draw an octopus in
the middle and color the see with cold colors and the octopus with warm ones.
Tips: when finished
coloring, redraw the octopus with permenant pen so to pop up even more. Paint
I think this painting is a nice idea, you can try it with other things or animals other than
octopus. Again it took 2 hours, longer than I first imagined.
This is a painting of an almond branch in the air. I paintind this because it is early spring,
and where i live, that is when the almond trees bloom. It is quite easy, until you get to the
part where you have to paint the almonds.
If you can master this painting (better than I have) it can actually become a very beutiful
thing.
I personally love this painting, and I plan to do more in the future.
This is a painting of a quite colorful man face I did while I was having art classes. The Idea was to do a face out of everyday objects, but I just drew the face muscle parts, and colored them with vivid colors. It is easier than it seems.
